We have made it easy for you to return or exchange your goods
If you're not satisfied with the goods you have received, you can of course return them. All you have to do is letting us know within 14 days either via email or phone. Once you have received an email acknowledging your return, the item must be returned within 14 days. All items must be returned unused, un-stained, un-damaged and in their original condition with all labels and tags attached, this includes paper tags. We will not accept items that have been damaged; this includes being tainted by perfume smells, tobacco smells or any other foreign smell. We will also not accept items that have been stained including items marked with make-up stains.
You must be able to prove that you have returned the goods to us and you are under duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our location. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. If you have any questions about how best to return an item, do not hesitate to contact us as we are happy to help you with advice.
We will reimburse you the price of the item bought upon receipt of returned goods. We will inform you by email, when we have reimbursed the money to your account. Because we use Paypal, we will contact you to ask for banking details (account number and IBAN) so that you quickly can get your money back.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to exchange to an item of same value or higher price, we will upon receipt of your exchange item ship the replacement to you free of charge and only charge for the additional price. If the price is lower we will reimburse you the price difference. You will not pay for our second delivery.
