Terms and conditions

Please read our terms and conditions before using Asneh.com. As Terms and conditions may change over time (e.g. due to changes in the law or to accommodate new technological developments, change in our business set-up etc.), we recommend that you check this section on a regular basis.

 

Who can shop with us

 

To be eligible to shop at Asneh.com you need to be:

·        18 of age or above

·         in possession of a valid credit- or debit card which we or our partners accept.

·         In possession of a valid delivery address, please note that we do not deliver to post-boxes as the deliveries will need to be signed for.

 

 

Prices and VAT

All prices will be listed in Euro or, if you choose, in Danish kroner. The currency of your payment is dependent on your delivery address. All prices are including VAT, but not delivery costs which will be added to the final bill before your give your offer.

 

We do our best to avoid mistakes (e.g. spelling mistakes, incorrect product information or prices) on our site, but if we discover a mistake before shipping an order to you we will contact you. If the price is lower than stated on our web-site we debits the smaller amount from your account and proceed with the shipping, if the price is higher or with any other in-accuracies we will contact you.

 

  

Acceptance of sale and right to refuse order

 

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the reception of your offer; this is not an acceptance of the order but a confirmation. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Asneh will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The contract will be in English, unless it is shipped to Denmark in which case it will be in Danish.

 

We maintain the right to refuse your order or annul the order without being held responsible for compensation or costs in the following circumstances:

·        If the payment details are incorrect or not verifiable.

·        If there is a possibility of fraud or illegal activity involved

·        There occurred an error on our site e.g. payment problems

·        You are not eligible for to shop at Asneh.com for reasons mentioned in the Who can shop with us section

·        The product is out of stock or does not live up to our quality standards

 

We reserve the right to cancel an order solely at our discretion. If an order is cancelled we will notify you either by phone or by mail.

 

Cancelling your order

 

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order provided you give us written notice within 7 working days of receipt. You may cancel your order by sending an email to asneh@asneh.com. If the order has not yet been processed, you will receive a confirmation of the annulment. If the order has been processed and the invoice charged to your account, but not yet shipped, we will halt the order and reimburse you by the same means that you have paid. If the order has been shipped, a cancellation will be treated as a return (see Returns).

 

Access to your order

We save all sales agreements including your offer and our accept of your offer. We recommend you to save these documents, as you will not be able to access them later on.  Once the order is shipped, we inform you of the tracking number, so you will be able to follow your order.

 

 

 

 

Reclamation faulty goods

We do quality control of every single item before sending them out to minimise the risk of sending faulty goods. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, or as a result of improper handling are not considered faulty.

 

If you would like to exchange an item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. When possible, we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a faulty goods cannot be repaired and the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

 

Colour reproduction

We have made every effort to ensure that the goods displayed on our site is a accurate a reproduction of the original colour as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

 

Shipping information

 

We ship all our deliveries with PostNL. The price is € 10 per delivery. We ship by recommended post, and it most be signed for upon reception. Delivery days are Monday to Saturday. Delivery time depends on choice of destination, within Europe it is typically 2-3 days from time of shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email so you can track and trace the delivery. If you need to return goods to us, it must be done by recommended mail service. We ship to all countries within the EU plus The Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland and Norway.

 

 

Liability

Asneh is only liable for damages, if these damages are a result of a deliberate breach of contract on our behalf. If activities at Asneh.com has brought about damages, we are only liable for damages on Asneh products plus reasonable and verifiable cost incurred by you in order to identify the cause and the reach of damages that are a result of our breach of contract.

 

Asneh cannot be held liable for damages caused by a third part using our products. Nor can we be held responsible if case of incorrect use of any of our products. We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect information on our web-site.

 

We care about our customers and do our best to take care of your personal information, but it is never possible to guarantee a 100 % fail proof security when dealing with information and payment on-line (see Payment security and Privacy and Cookie Policy).

 

We are not responsible for losses not caused by our breach or negligence, indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us. We are also not responsible for  failure to meet any of our obligations under the Terms and Conditions where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.

 

If Asneh breaches the Terms and Conditions we shall only be liable for losses which are direct losses and a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such a breach. Losses are foreseeable where , for example, they could be contemplated by you and Asneh at the time of you placing your order, and Asneh dispatching your order. We shall only be liable for losses up to 100 % of the total value of goods purchased.

 

 

If you breach Terms and Conditions

At  our request, you agree to compensate us fully, defend us, and hold Asneh harmless immediately on demand, its officers, directors, agents and suppliers , from and against all liabilities, claims , expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the Terms and Conditions by you, including the use by any other person accessing this site using your internet account caused by your action or inaction.

If you breach the Terms and Conditions and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.

All content on Asneh.com plus emails is the property of Asneh and may not in any form be reproduced, distributed, changed or copied by a third party without written consent from Asneh. This site is for your personal non-commercial use only, and may not be used in original or altered form commercial purpose without  written permission  Asneh.
