Pink Ruffle-trimmed Top in Silk and Cashmere. Our Agnes top is made in a beautiful silk/cashmere mix in a loose fit which drapes beautifully on the body. It is fine knit so easy to wear all year round and to layer. We have chosen a double silk georgette for the ruffles and added two layers for flounce and shape. Button fastening at sleeve.
